4 major websites on SharePoint 2010
I turned around a large project which had gone through years of development and was marred with issues. After analyzing problem areas caused due to severe customizations, I proposed technical solutions to chronic problems - successfully presented findings, which were followed up by a Proof-of-concept, resulting in the project being initiated. We were able to deliver 4 websites free from major chronic issues, I acted as a developer to fine-tune existing components, this project resulted in an unprecedented level of quality, never seen in my organization with SharePoint and successful resolution to these 'impossible' technical issues got me a promotion to Manager, Digital Communications. I also developed scripts for reconciliation of data, managed set up of environment, hired technical (SharePoint Specialist) and functional (Business Analysts) resources for project, oversaw quality assurance and transition from existing vendor-heavy support team to the new team in my department.
